We will meet with the couple to discuss their wedding plans and to understand the details of their wedding day. This meeting will help us to develop a detailed timeline and schedule for the wedding day.
We will contact all of the vendors involved in your wedding, including the caterer, florist, photographer, and musicians, to ensure that they are aware of the wedding day timeline and their specific responsibilities. We will also confirm the details of each vendor’s contract to ensure that everything is in order.
We will attend the wedding rehearsal if you have one, which is typically held a few days before the wedding, to ensure that everyone knows what to do on the wedding day. We will also answer any questions that the wedding party or family members may have.
On the wedding day itself, the the Wedding Coordinator / s (depending on the number of coordinators are required) will be present to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This includes coordinating with the vendors to ensure that they arrive on time and that their services are executed as planned. The planner will also ensure that the wedding party knows where they need to be and when, will guide the Bride and Groom in the Ceremony Entrance and will help to coordinate any last-minute details.
